Homestyler Shop – After-Sales Service & Warranty Policy

We’re committed to providing you with a transparent, worry-free, and efficient after-sales experience.
Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.


Coverage Area

  • We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.
  • We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Return Policy

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order — for any reason.
  • Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Once issued, the RMA is valid for 14 days. Please ship your return within that timeframe.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original condition.
  • The original packaging, all accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Customized or made-to-order products
    • Gift cards
    • Any product marked as “non-returnable” in the listing

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our responsibility (we cover shipping): defective items, wrong item shipped, transit damage, missing parts.
  • Customer’s responsibility (you cover shipping): reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or no longer needed.
  • Two return methods are available:
    1. Scheduled pickup – pickup fee deducted from your refund
    2. Self-shipping – you ship the item back at your own expense
  • No restocking fee will be charged.

Special Notes for Large Items / LTL Shipments

  • Upon delivery, inspect your order before signing.
  • If there is visible transit damage, take clear photos or videos and contact Customer Service within 5 days.
  • Proof of damage is required for claims.

Damage / Defect Claims

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days of delivery.
  • You must provide photos or videos as proof.
  • Resolution options (based on mutual agreement) may include:
    • Replacement parts
    • Replacement of the entire product
    • Full or partial refund

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund.
  • In “returnless refund” cases, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days of approval.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them through your account.
  • After 30 minutes, please contact Customer Service.
  • If your order has already shipped, you must follow the standard return process (return shipping costs apply).

Product Warranty

  • Unless otherwise specified, all Homestyler Shop products come with a 1-year limited warranty.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • After the 30-day return period, warranty claims are handled by the product’s supplier. Our team can help you contact them.
  • Warranty resolution may include:
    • Replacement parts
    • Unit replacement
    • Refund (if out of stock)

Shipping Damage & Responsibility

  • We are responsible for shipping damage prior to completed delivery (claims must follow the after-sales process).
  • We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery is completed (including contactless delivery).
  • We recommend tracking your package closely. If a package is lost after delivery, we can assist you in contacting the carrier.
